Підприємство «Електроконтакт Україна» – це дочірня компанія німецького підприємства «Elektrokontakt GmbH», яке належить всесвітньовідомому французькому концерну Nexans.
Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю “Електроконтакт Україна” засноване у 2007 році у місті Перемишляни Львівської області.
У цей час були прийняті перші працівники підприємства, які проходили навчання для виконання своїх функціональних обов’язків (зокрема і за кордоном).
Виробничі приміщення були орендовані у ВАТ «Перемишляни Агропостач».
З 2008 року в м. Перемишляни стартувало виробництво кабельних мереж до автомобілів BMW, яке успішно здійснюється і сьогодні.
2011 року відбулося значне розширення виробничих потужностей підприємства у зв’язку з орендою приміщень у місті Золочеві Львівської області на базі колишнього Золочівського радіозаводу, де виготовляється продукція для автомобілів BMW, Opel та Mercedes.
У 2014 році було запущено нові додаткові виробничі проекти Audi та Porsche.
У лютому 2016 року добудовано цех, де буде розміщено додаткові конвеєрні лінії проекту BMW та орендовано частину цеху, куди буде перенесено проект Daimler (кабельні мережі для автомобілів Mercedes).
Вже у 2017 році Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю “Електроконтакт Україна” святкуватиме своє десятиліття від часу заснування. За цей час пройдено значний шлях від виготовлення кабельних мереж в одному доволі невеликому цеху у м. Перемишляни для одного клієнта – концерну BMW, до виготовлення різноманітних кабельних мереж у декількох повністю реконструйованих виробничих цехах у Золочеві, для чотирьох всесвітньовідомих концернів BMW, Daimler, General Motors та Volkswagen, які від самого початку виробництва забезпечував власний відділ нарізки проводів та комплектуючих.
Наступним кроком в історії підприємства буде третій завод у місті Броди Львівської області, де планується здійснюватися виробництво кабельних мереж для концерну BMW. Першим етапом для цього стала оренда земельної ділянки розміром близько 6 га, договір про це був укладений 8 лютого 2016 року. На цей час ведуться будівельні роботи. Також компанія перебуває в активному пошуку людей, які допоможуть розвивати завод.
На підприємстві можуть реалізувати свої знання, навички та уміння люди різноманітних технологічний та інженерних спеціальностей, починаючи від монтажника кабельних мереж – основних працівників заводу.
